Products once sold will not be taken back. In case the product is defective or damaged, we will replace it.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to the shipping address given below.

Warranty (if applicable)
All products which have warranty will be replaced within the warranty timeline only if it is not a physical damage due to misuse or manhandling.
To replace a product under warranty you have to send the product to the address given below.
We cannot send the replacement until the defective product is received by us.
A replacement under warranty is not chargeable but you have to bear the shipping price of both the sides.
