Products once sold will not be taken back. In case the product is defective or damaged, we will replace it.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to the shipping address given below.

Warranty (if applicable)
All products which have warranty will be replaced within the warranty timeline only if it is not a physical damage due to misuse or manhandling.
To replace a product under warranty you have to send the product to the address given below.
We cannot send the replacement until the defective product is received by us.
A replacement under warranty is not chargeable but you have to bear the shipping cost of both the sides, which is usually around ₹75 to ₹100 depending on the pin code and weight of the package.

Shipping Instructions

  • Pack properly so that the product does not get damaged in transit.
  • Mention your Order number, Name, Address and Phone number on the package so that its visible to us in case we need to contact you.
  • Leave a note in the package which should have your order number (eg. #4059) & describe the problem you are facing.
