Plug-N-Play Invisible Headlight Switch for Royal Enfield
We named it the ‘Invisible Headlight Switch for Royal Enfield’ because you don’t need an additional physical switch that would detract from the appearance of your beautiful vehicle. You can simply use the existing pass switch to turn your headlight ON or OFF by long-pressing it.

HOW TO USE
MEMORY VERSION
- Start the engine. The headlight will flash twice and return to its last saved ON or OFF state.
- To switch the headlight ON or OFF, simply press the PASS switch for more than 3 seconds, and the headlight will turn OFF or ON.
- The PASS switch always functions correctly, regardless of whether the headlight is ON or OFF.
Advantages of the MEMORY VERSION
Based on user feedback regarding our Invisible Headlight switch without memory version, we have identified a strong demand for the device to remember the last headlight condition during situations such as stopping and turning off the engine at a red signal or during quick stops at night when the engine needs to be shut off.
This feature is particularly advantageous at night. When you turn off the engine at a red signal and then restart it, the headlights will automatically turn ON if it was ON before shutting down the engine.
Without MEMORY VERSION
- Start the engine. The headlight will automatically turn ON and then turn OFF after 3 seconds.
- To manually turn ON the headlight, press the PASS switch for more than 3 seconds, and the headlight will activate.
- To manually turn OFF the headlight, press the PASS switch again for more than 3 seconds, and the headlight will deactivate.

The AHO (Automatic Headlight On) rule is in place for your safety, as it ensures that a motorcycle is visible in the rearview mirrors of larger vehicles. We strongly advise against turning off your headlight when riding on highways.
This product is designed to preserve your battery when riding your motorcycle on local roads daily. Since your motorcycle lacks a kick start and the battery gets significantly drained during an electric start, short rides on local roads with the headlight ON do not provide sufficient charge for the battery, which leads to battery failure. Therefore, turning OFF your headlight helps the battery recharge more quickly and extend its lifespan.

I must say was skeptical initially..but what a product..its spot on…works like a charm in series with the simtac hazard module as well.
No rocket science just plug n play.
The headlight would switch off in a few seconds once the ignition is turned on.I have the DRL which is kept on.
Just press and hold the flash switch for few seconds the headlight is switched on.
** A small information card with the functionality would have been a ‘cheery on top’

Bought AHO off kit, absolutely fantastic quality and is very easy to install (took me 5min to install on GT650) .
Does exactly what its says without the fuss of wiring mess. Also they included one zip tie and thats the kind of attention to detail i love, its very small thing but they remembered to include it.

Only one gripe price of hazard flasher unit should be revised to match AHO unit….or just provide combo where customer can save a buck or two.☺️

I own a RE Himalayan BS6 variant, and as per law headlight is always on. I want to save the battery for long so thought of switching off the headlight during starting. On search I found novatroix electronic AHO. There is no cutting of wire and is plug and play for all RE bikes.
Due to lockdown delay had happened. But they called me once couriers started to take shipment.
Installed it and is working perfectly and a as designed.
