SAFETY LED Indicator HAZARD System ROYAL ENFIELD

Features:

ACTIVATING & DEACTIVATING the HAZARD SYSTEM

  1. Switch on the ignition of your motorcycle
  2. Your indicators should be in OFF position
  3. Now push your indicator switch to the RIGHT – Quick LEFT – Quick Right – Quick LEFT- Press in the middle. ( Full operation should be done without any long pause )
  4. Your HAZARD should now be Activated.
  5. To switch Deactivate HAZARD, switch ON any indicator.
  6. To reactivate follow Step 3

Changing HAZARD Flashing Patterns

  1. Your Hazard should be Activated.
  2. Quickly Switch ON and OFF your parking lights.
  3. You will go to the next mode.

Please Note. – If you wish to have your Parking Lights or Headlight ON during the HAZARD is Activated, your mode will not change.
Only if the Parking switch is turned ON and OFF quickly, the Pattern will shift to the next one.

 

WHAT WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE KIT

  • 4 x LED Indicator conversion boards
  • HAZARD Controller
  • LED Indicator Flashing Unit
  • 5 x Cable Ties ( needed to tie wires and controller )
  • Wire Sleeves

 

Play the video at 480p or above. Else the flashing patterns will not be much illustrative.

    I have installed the system, all LED indicators are functional, but for some reason the hazard function doesn’t always activate. After two weeks, my experience is that 9 times out of 10 the hasard system fails to activate. I have rechecked all wiring, have also minutely checked the combination to activate the hasard (right-left-right-left-center), but it refuses to work. I have tried the combination quickly, very quickly, medium pace and slow..but it hasnt worked. Got a friend to try it as well, but the result was the same. The indicator function is working and the hasard has worked a few times, therefore I am sure that the the system is getting the current it needs and the wiring is correct. But somehow the hasard does not always work when I want it to.
    To request your help, I have tried caling on your mobile number (Mr Roy’s number) 6 times during the week in office hours…but it kept ringing and the calls were never answered. I dont know what to do now. Any help, would be much appreciated.

    Why do you remove the indicator bulb in the console? what do i replace it with?

      If not removed the indicators will not function properly.

    It is query If this installed whether it will work with Headlight in “on” condition
    Means while riding in foggy day headlight is ON and in HIGH BEAM , Will this pattern indicator will work or not??

It works with Eclipse Bar end lights effortlessly and they blink in the patterns as well, thus making it look more spectacular. Mr. Chandan Roy is a calm and gem of a person.       It’s very easy. You just have to provide a positive connection to the BLUE wire via an extra switch.

    Sir , I installed this NOVATRONIX System , 2 months ago.
    But now when i turn once right then left and again right and then left and press at centre , the hazard light doesn’t get started , but all the indicators are working well and even i checked the connections twice. Reply as soon as possible.

      You are doing it wrong. RIGHT-LEFT-RIGHT-LEFT-CENTER is the correct sequence.

      You will need an extra switch to change the paterns. Or if you have fog lights installed, the same switch will work for changing the patterns.

    Very nice product. Eye catchy. I bought it 2 months back for my Royal Enfield Desert Storm and its working fine. There was quick support from the Novatronix team during installation. The LEDs were not working in the correct pattern but it was sorted. Installed it myself.

      The product has a 1-Year replacement warranty. Please send the faulty lights back to us and we will replace them.

    I have installed hazard lights after installation I have oned my left indicator light but the right side light is also working at same time again I turned of my indicator then I oned right side indicator but again right indicator is getting on but my hazard system is not working

      You have to remove the small indicator bulb from the speedometer.The bulb is just on the right side of the Neutral light.

    After installing lights I have switched on my left indicator but the right one is also working same time, again turned of thn I oned right side but again left indicator light is getting on, I’m not understanding y this happening even my hazard system is also not getting on

      You have to remove the small indicator bulb from your speedometer console.
      The bulb just on the right of your neutral light.

    Please help me for installation here, i have Standard 350cc which is without self start. i saw all installation procedure which is very helpful, but i confused that where to connect the RED wire of hazard ( you mentioned that it goes to the blue of ignition), but i don’t have that ignition connector (there is one connector with 4 wires color grey, black, red and Red-white bicolor but it goes to the battery indicator) i cant make out it properly. i want to order the product. Please show me with demo if possible ([email protected])

      The RED wire of the hazard unit should be connected to the RED-WHITE wire of your ignition.
      If still confused, call us on the given numbers, and we will guide you over the phone.

    I installed these in my bajaj avenger 220 and these lights are awesome you will notice the real diffrence on the first blink itself your indicators are on a whole new level of brightness. I did installed it on my own and honestly i don’t know anthing about bike’s wiring system but the awesome support provided by Mr. Chandan roy on call and watsapp on a sunday i was able to install these on my own .     Can you please answer to Ravis query? I am wondering too on what will happen if the turn indicator bulb is not removed after we install the LEDs as demonstrated in the video.

      If the turn indicator is not removed, all four indicators will flash together no matter which side indicator you switch ON.
